About U-Zyn Chua

I am U-Zyn Chua. I am a developer, hacker, entrepreneur and poker player based in Singapore.

I have been programming since the age of 7 and have been a web developer for over 10 years. Currently, most of my time is spent doing the following:

• PHP, especially CakePHP
• JavaScript, especially jQuery & node.js
• Linux in general (networking, system administration)
• Cloud computing, especially Amazon Web Services
• Security, especially web

I am the founder and sole developer of Ping.sg – the community-based service for bloggers. I also provide web development and cloud computing consultation services via Zynesis Consulting.

• Selected as one of the pioneer members of Microsoft Malaysian Young Programmers’ Club (MyPC), 1996
